Trainee GP's & Students

We are a Training Practice and as such we have medical students and GP registrars at the practice. As part of their training our registrars often record their consultations, both telephone and face to face. If you don’t want to consent, that is not a problem. The registrars are trained and qualified doctors training to become a general practitioner in a surgery like this. We will ask if you feel comfortable having your appointment with a medical student - the appointment time for them is 45 minutes, this allows for them and their trainer (one of our doctors) to see you, so if you need any kind of treatment or referral their trainer can do that for you.
