Violence and Abuse

We will do our utmost to protect all our patients and staff at all times from violence and abuse. We therefore have a policy of “ No tolerance” within the surgery, whether this be to staff or other patients. If you feel at risk while on the premises then please let a member of staff know so the problem can be dealt with. It could be that the police would be called to deal with antisocial behavior of this nature.
