Text Reminders

We are now advising patients via text messages about their Doctors appointments.  If we have your mobile telephone number we will send you an automatic message the day before to remind you.  If you do not want to take advantage of this service then please let us know so we can update your records.

Cancelling Appointments

If you are not able to keep your appointment, please let us know by telephoning, 01434 220203 as soon as possible. The appointment can then be made available to someone else.

We have a strict DNA policy that is available to read on this website - if six people don’t attend for their appointments in one week this is equivalent to one surgery session. That is 312 appointments in a year. Please help us by letting us know if you are unable to attend an appointment.
