The practice is using a secure system to transfer some medical records between practices when registering with us or registering elsewhere.  This forms part of our contractual obligations with the NHS.

Carers play a valuable role in our community and their work often goes unnoticed.  We have "Carer Packs" available within the practice which gives information about support that is available.  Please ask to speak to one of our District Nurses at the practice who may be able to help you.

Carers Northumberland is an organisation specifically dealing with carer issues in our area, why not access their website for more information.

If you spend all or part of your time looking after someone who depends on you because of illness, disability or frailty, then Carers Northumberland is here to support you

Registering with Carers Northumberland is FREE.
